Gentle Exercise Class
A fun and friendly gentle exercise class incorporating the use of a chair and a variety of equipment such as bands, hand weights, Pilates balls, ankle weights etc to help improve and maintain a full range of movement/increase mobility though joints, improve muscular strength and increase stamina, co-ordination, balance and flexibility to help with everyday living and maintain independence.
EVERY FRIDAY EXERCISE 1pm – 1:30pm FOLLOWED BY CUPA AND CHAT 1:30pm -2pm
