GREAT NORTH SWIM 2023 -1 mile

FACT have a new and exciting fundraising opportunity!

Looking for a new challenge? The Great North Swim is held at the stunning Lake Windemere in the Lake District National Park on 10th and 11th June.

This is a weekend-long celebration of open water swimming. Expect stunning scenery, the best of local food and drink, outdoor activities, culture, art, history and thousands of like-minded people coming together. Think of it more as an open water adventure than a race.

If you are interested in swimming for FACT all we ask is a commitment to raise £250, and an entry fee of £49 (this covers FACT costs) all your fundraising will go towards enabling FACT to help and support those people and families who have been affected by cancer and to help us open FACT’s very own support centre in Gateshead which is scheduled for 2023.
